Our history

At the beginning in June 2004 we created the company SENSITIVE Sarl at Antsirabe, a city situated at 170 kms from Antananarivo. But after a lot of years, to have more flexibility in terms of costs and more speed during the processing of products, we had moved to Antananarivo.

Thus was born Raffia Colors of Madagascar in September 2019. 

We produce handmade items such as bags, baskets, wide brim hats and crochet hats...and we export them all around the world. Apart from these products, we specialized since 2007 in the manufacture of raffia balls.

We have our own product collection but we can also manufacture other models and colors according to your needs. Our company employs a hundred full-time workers  but we work with other workshops too.

We collect the raffia, our main raw material in the North Western part of the island and we use annually 35 - 50 tons of gross raffia. 

 

Our strength against the competition 

There's no intermediate between us and the customers.

We sell at factory prices, that's why our wholesale prices are among the cheapest on the market.
